Dear CMRA Members and Guests:
Since 2012, The world demand for primary secondary nonferrous metal maintained an increased trend. It provide more development opportunity and more extensive international cooperation. Therefore, the 12th Recycling Metals International Forum (here in after referred to as Forum) and the First International Recycling Metal Exhibition & Trade Fair(hereinafter referred to as Exhibition & Trade Fair), which is organized by China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, will be held on 7-9 Nov. 2012, in Beijing, China. Let us to explore the opportunities and challenges under the new situation faced by the Chinese Recycling metal industry.
The Forum and Exhibition & Trade Fair will focus on six core themes of communication and presentation. It includes "Policies and regulations which can guide industry development", "International trade which can increase market demand ", "Financial capital which can boost enterprise development", "Technical equipment which can promote industry upgrade", "Resource and energy management which can promote enterprise competitiveness", "Global cooperation which can promote construction of resource recyclable system". On the occasion, The Recycling Metal International Forum, The technology and equipment communicating summit of secondary metals industry, The summit of energy saving and environmental protection and The Financial investment & enterprise development summit will be hold.
The current Exhibition & Trade Fair is the continuation of the previous strong lineup of secondary metal and Exhibition & Trade Fair. After the permit of the Commerce Department, China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association will make a decision that The original "secondary metal Exhibition & Trade Fair "was renamed" International Recycling Metal Exhibition & Trade Fair"。The First International Recycling Metal Exhibition & Trade Fair will be held on 7-9, Nov. 2012, in the China Word Exhibition Hall, Beijing, China. The scale of the current Exhibition & Trade Fair will expand several times more than the previous. The exhibitor include domestic and international renewable non-ferrous metal recycling, dismantling, smelting, processing, trade and various fields of business, the park, the distribution market, demonstration bases, as well as research institutes and equipment suppliers. Meanwhile, The Exhibition & Trade Fair will hold The 10-year achievement theme exhibition of recycling metals industry and The cultural and creative arts exhibition of the world's renewable resources. we will provide more services for exhibitors and visit enterprises, and we will organize international trade communication, technology, equipment information and product launch and other activities.
The current Forum will call for thesis-oriented global recycled metal enterprises, social organizations, research institutes, news media and personal. Forum lectures will be arranged and the excellent article which meet the requirements will be collected to proceedings.

Thesis's Details and Rules of the 12th Recycling Metal International Forum for Contribution Invited
1.The Range of thesis collection
Our units centered on technology and equipments upgrading of Secondary Metals, application and achievements of conducting production, learning, research cooperation. Experience and understanding during launching fine management. Paper content should be innovative and suitable, title could be determined by author, the range of paper includes as following:
(1) Cyclic utilize produce techniques, technology and equipment applications of nonferrous metals recycling (precious metals such as copper, aluminum, lead, zinc, E-scrap and so on) ;
(2) New products and new materials developed by nonferrous metal recycling innovation;
(3) The techniques of energy conservation and environment protection for nonferrous metals recycling in the productive process;
(4) Scientific research institutes or enterprises are researching and developing techniques for nonferrous metals recycling;
(5) Experience shares and typical cases analyze in secondary nonferrous metals organization's meticulous management and upgrading technology of promotion.
1. Selection Process
The forum committee will organize the expert to select the excellent theses, and then the excellent theses will be published in memoirs of the 12th Secondary Nonferrous Metal International Forum; meanwhile, the excellent theses will be introduced to the members of secondary nonferrous metal industry, and will be published in the Chinese science and technology core journals. The Recycling Metal Branch will organize excellent theses which involved industrial scientific and technological achievements of producing technology and equipment to identify primarily. Then applying for National science and technology awards. Helping strive for supporting of national policy.
2. Requirements on Paper Submission
(1) The thesis content will consist of new opinions, new technologies and new achievement in current secondary nonferrous metal industry. The thesis shall have the value in practical applicability, originality and can be popularized in the nowdays secondary nonferrous metal industry. The length of thesis will have better from 3,500 to 5,000 words by Word form with two language of Chinese and English.
(2) Please ensure you keep the original paper of your theses, and write down your personal introduction (in 150 words), including address; postcode; work unit; contact number and e-mail in the end of your thesis.
(3) Plagiarism is not permitted. The author is responsible for the consequences of his/her article.
3. Submission Methods
The organizations and authors should follow the requirements of the thesis receipt form, and send the thesis's topic, outline and author's name to the forum committee by e-mail before 1st September 2012. The complete thesis should send to the forum committee before 1st October 2012 by email.
