近期，再生金属分会从多个渠道得知，部分国外船运公司已经或即将暂停涉及可用作原料的铜铝废碎料向中国大陆和香港地区的承运服务，同时所有原计划9月1日后运抵上述地区的货运订单也将被取消。

Recently, CMRA learned from multiple channels that some foreign shipping companies have suspended
or will soon suspend the shipping services involving copper and aluminum scraps that can be used as
raw materials to the Mainland China and Hong Kong. Meanwhile, all cargo orders originally scheduled
to arrive in these destinations after September 1 will also be cancelled.

再生金属分会在此提醒国内外企业，提前与船运公司进行沟通，避免对再生金属原料贸易和物流造成影响和损失，同时，希望各企业能坚持合法经营、保证原料品质。

CMRA hereby reminds domestic and foreign enterprises to communicate with shipping companies in
advance to avoid the impact and loss on the trade and logistics of recycling metal raw materials.
At the same time, CMRA hopes that all enterprises can adhere to the legal operation and ensure the
quality of raw materials.

再生金属原料标准于2020年7月1日正式实施，符合原料标准的属于普通商品，在相关国家主管部门确定进口操作细节后可开展进口业务。目前取得生态环境部发放的固体废物进口许可证有效期均到2020年12月31日，使用许可证进口的货物是合法的，希望相关承运企业保障再生金属原料物流畅通。

The standards for recycling metal raw materials were officially implemented on July 1, 2020.Those
conforming to the raw material standards are ordinary commodities, and the import business can
be carried out after the import operation details are determined by the relevant national authorities.  
At present, the solid waste import quota issued by the Ministry ofEcology and Environment is valid
until December 31, 2020. The goods imported under the quota are legal, hope that relevant carriers
will ensure the smooth flow of recycling metalraw materials.
