再生金属分会从国家质检总局获息，将有大量国外供货商的AQSIQ证书将于2013年12月31日到期，需要提前90天提出延期申请，未按时提交延期申请的国外供货商，在注册登记证书有效期期满后，其注册资格将自动丧失。目前，质检总局已开始受理延期申请，CMRA特此提醒各海外供货商及早提出申请。

　　There are about thousands enterprises' AQSIQ certificate will be due on 31, Dec. 2013. Every company must renew AQSIQ in 90 days before it expires! If foreign suppliers does not submitted renewal application, after the expiry of the registration certificate, automatically lose their registration status, please remind it and submit renew application on time.

　　AQSIQ延期应该提供的材料如下：

　　Renew AQSIQ should be provided:

　　1. 注册登记申请书;(附带企业印章，法人签名);

　　1. The complete printed form of "Allication Form for Registration of Overseas Supplier Enterprises of Importing Scrap Materials" (request a certificate with the same enterprise's seal and legal representative's signature)

　　2. 经公证的税务登记文件，有商业登记文件的还需提供经公证的商业登记文件;

　　2. Notarized tax return registration document, you also need provide notarized company business registration document if you have it.

　　3. 标明尺寸的固定办公场所平面图，有加工场地的，还应提供加工场地平面图，能全面展现上述场所、场地实景的视频文件或者3张以上照片;

　　3. Floor plan of the permanent office (with dimension) and processing plant (with dimension) with photos (more than 3 photos) and/or related video documents that can display the overall actual view of the places.

　　4. 原注册登记证书复印件;

　　4. Copy of the original "Registration License".

　　5. 按照已注册登记可用作原料的固体废物种类提交各年度的可用作原料的固体废物装运前检验证书和/或进口可用作原料的固体废物检验检疫通关单复印件(前三年各年度、各种类至少一份)。

　　5. At least one copy of the "Certificate of Pre-shipment Inspection of Recycling Scraps to China" (CCIC certificate) and/or "CIQ Inspection and Quarantine Goods Clearance Receipt" for each year of each registered type of scrap materials in the last 3 years (including the current year) on the license should also be submitted.
