From 2000 to 2010, the healthy development of China secondary metals industry is increasing significantly, and creating glorious achievements during decade.  The industry has made a historic breakthrough, has a mass size and achieves greater development.  And industry has wide prospect that is historical opportunity by government big push in the resource cycling industry and the governmental policies and regulations. 

The 10^th Secondary Metals International Forum/Exhibition & Trade Fair will be held on Nov. 7-9, 2010, in Ningbo, China, that is a historical ceremony, attracted global attention and widely anticipated by people.  To celebrate the 10th ceremony, the Forum Organizing Committee conducts “The First Global Secondary Mental Industry Photo Contest”.  The contest through photography to record the development of secondary metal industry by fresh, vivid, the production and life; reflect the healthy development production concept of secondary metal industry with gratifying scene and “Green” environment protection.

 Entries through the auditions, and outstanding entries will awarded from the Secondary Metals International Committee, and will display in the 10^th Secondary Metals International Forum/Exhibition & Trade Fair on Nov. 7-9, as well as will be published in the “10^th Secondary Metals International Forum Ceremony” album.

 Entries deadline is 15^th, Sep. starting with today.  Welcome secondary metals industry enterprises and individuals enthusiastically participate in the activity. More details are in the appendix.
