河北大无缝建昌铜业有限公司是集有色金属交易、铜熔炼、铜电解、物流、净液于一体的大型股份制企业（国有控股）。
公司于2007年11月由天津钢管集团股份有限公司与河北建昌铜业集团有限公司共同投资组建,总资产15亿元，年产电解铜20万吨，其主导产品“昌达”牌电解铜是国家技术监督局确定的免检产品，并被上海有色金属交易所受理注册。公司注册地在保定市安新县安州工业区，位于北京、天津、保定三角腹地，地处华北特大型废旧有色金属集散中心，具有得天独厚的资源和区位优势。2009年8月，公司通过ISO9001:2008质量管理体系认证。
公司下设两个分公司并投资兴建了一个合资公司：
1、分公司东港大无缝富安铜业有限公司地处辽宁省东港经济开发区，濒临港口，水陆交通便利。年生产优质铜阳极板10万吨，是总公司可靠的原料基地。
2、分公司安新县有色金属工业园位于安新县安州工业区，距总公司约4公里，是集仓储、加工、交易、运输于一体的标准化有色金属物流基地。
3、合资公司河北大无缝铜业有限公司地处安新县城南5公里，公司采用国际最先进的西班牙拉法格火法精炼技术，使用较低品位紫杂铜，年产高导电铜线杆（FRHC铜线杆）36万吨。
公司有坚强、务实、高效的领导班子，总经理李小社现为保定市工商联副会长，市人大代表，优秀共产党员，河北省劳动模范，河北省优秀民营企业家，省、市优秀中国特色主义建设者。
Brief Introduction
Hebei large Seamless Jianchang Copper Co., Ltd. is a large-scale joint-stock enterprise (state-holding), whose business involves trade of nonferrous metal, smelting and refining of copper, logistics and purifying liquid.
The company was set up and invested jointly by Tianjin Pipe (Group) Corporation and Hebei Jianchang Copper (Group) Co., Ltd. in Nov. 2007, with a total asset of 1.5 billion. The annual output of electrolysis copper is 200,000 tons. The leading product “Chang Da” electrolysis copper is a brand exempted from inspection, verified by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision, and registered in the Shanghai Nonferrous Metal Exchange. The registered place of the company is in the Industrial Zone, Anzhou Town, Anxin County, Baoding City. Located in the triangle hinterland formed by Beijing, Tianjin and Baoding, as well as the mega-sized collecting and distributing centre for the regeneration nonferrous metal in the North China, this industrial zone enjoys resources superiority and advantage in geography. In Aug. 2009, the company was certificated by the ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System.
The company has two branches and a joint venture company:
1. Donggang large Seamless FuAn Copper Co., Ltd was located in Donggang Economic Development Zone, Liaoning Province. Close to the port, both land and water transportation facilities. With an annual output of 100,000 tons of high-quality copper anode plate, this branch is a reliable raw material base for the parent company.
2. Anxin Nonferrous Metal Industrial Park situates in Anzhou industrial zone, 4 kilometers away from the parent company. It is a standardized logistics base for nonferrous metal, integrating storage, processing, transaction and transportation.
3. The joint venture company, Hebei large Seamless Copper Co., Ltd. situates 5 kilometers south of Anxin County. The company adopts the most international advanced fire refining technology of Laphague, Spain. Using relatively lower grade impure copper products high conductive copper bar（FRHC copper bar）, the annual output is 360,000 tons.
The company has a strong, pragmatic and highly efficient leading group. Li Xiaoshe, the general manager, is the vice-chairman of Baoding Business Association, the deputy to Baoding Municipal People’s Congress, excellent communist party member, model worker of Hebei Province, outstanding private entrepreneur of Hebei Province, and an excellent ism builder with Chinese characteristics.
