In frames of current scrap market trend the most probable scenario is likely to be rapid revival of scrap collecting and processing in spring 2010. Decrease of stocks at Russian steel producers could lead to growth of prices for scrap. Simultaneously, already in 2009 a number of restrictions for Russian scrap export has been cancelled.

从目前废料市场的趋势来看，最有可能的情景是废料回收及加工行业在2010年的春天迅速复苏。俄罗斯钢铁生产商库存的减少将导致废料价格的上升。与此同时，在2009年俄罗斯废料出口的许多限制已经被取消。
